The anthology is forthcoming from Red Hen Press. \nAbigail Thomas\, the daughter of renowned science writer Lewis Thomas (The Lives of a Cell)\, is the author of seven books of fiction\, memoir and poetry. Her Three Dog Life was named one of the best books of 2006 by the Los Angeles Times and the Washington Post. Her latest book What Comes Next and How to Like It moved Stephen King to name her “the Emily Dickenson of memoirists.” Abigail is the mother of four children and the grandmother of twelve.
